Route: Approximately 65 minutes. Meet at 8:45 am at the Bates Rd parking lot for Seal Bay Park. The route takes us from flat gravel trails to a steep trail down to the beach. We will walk along the beach to Don Apps beach trail, a switchback trail which will take us back up the bank, with stops to catch our breath and admire the view. It is then an easy flat walk back to the parking lot. Trails may have uneven sections and tree roots, and the beach has rocks and may be slippery.
Amenities: Parking lot, portable toilet and room for coffee circles (bring a chair and travel mug).
