Goose Spit STAIRS!
Please note: This is a joint activity and organized by the Comox Valley Newcomers’ Alumnae Association. Newcomers’ members are welcome but need to be register with one of the conveners: Sue Clarke, Betsy Terpsma, Irene Smith, or Lesley Ripley in order to participate.

Route: Approximately 60 minutes. Meet at the Goose Spit parking lot near the portable toilets. First, we’ll go up the challenging stairs and Nob Hill trail. Warning – this uphill trek makes this one of our more difficult walks. Plenty of time to catch our breath as we make our way back to the Spit on forest trails and quiet streets.
Amenities: Parking lot, portable toilets, coffee circles on the beach (bring a chair and travel mug).
